Underwriting Manager

Tad oversees the entire underwriting department. His primary focus is on staff development and training, as well as building a consistent, clear, and solutions-based underwriting strategy for our agency partners.

Tad grew up in the Northern Neck and now lives in White Stone with his kids, Trevor and McKenzie. A proud Hokie, Tad knows a thing or two about Virginia Tech sports and likes to spend his weekends on the water with friends and families.

Best part about living in Virginia: "College sports, local food, and being outdoors all year round."
